Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to operate graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Stock.
Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of design concepts including typography, color theory, layout design, and current design trends.
Education: Degree/diploma in Graphics Design or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in freelance print-based work, corporate identity projects, or artistic media firms.
Communication: Basic reading comprehension to understand customer needs and beginner-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus. Must be adaptable to ongoing improvements, open to feedback, and able to work effectively across diverse cultures.
