You will:

- Help with intake and shape project strategy, process and goals.

- Work closely with the Creative Lead, key stakeholders, and the Creative and Marketing teams to understand the requirements of the brief /campaign, develop concepts, iterate quickly, and ship designs across digital, POSM, outdoor, print and other media.

- Think systemically and help create a pain free and seamless experience for the user.

- Demonstrate solutions to external partners and iterate quickly on feedback.

- Advocate for the importance of user centred design and consumer quality experiences on the team and within the greater organisation.

Your Professional Profile:

- Passion to design excellent experiences for humans

- 3 - 4 years of professional experience in graphic design

- Strong portfolio of ad campaigns, motion design, brand and visual design

- Ability to rapidly conceive, visualise and iterate design solutions in a shared environment

- Excellent communication skills (or relevant experience)

- Experience designing and shipping digital consumer - facing experiences

Pluses:

- Strong visual design skills

- Type, colour, layout, hierarchy

- Iconography and illustration

- Experience leading design teams

- Experience with creating brand design systems

- Motion graphics and animation

- Multi-disciplinary, always-learning mindset

- Experience in working in a collaborative team
