Responsibilities

• Creating collateral designs for client brands as well as the Firm’s brand 
• Creative person with innovative and fresh thinking on social media posts, banners, posters, leaflets, logos, brochures, case studies, visual aids, emailers, calendars, etc 
• Ensuring quality of output for all designs and creatives
• Adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach when required to help the team with designing and concept development 
• Being the brand guardian for the agency, as well as its clients 
• Mentoring, developing and coaching designated teams 
• Using various design software and platforms necessary for executing your duties 
• Taking initiative and working well within a team 
• Understanding creative trends in the online market and new tools and institutionalizing them internally 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design
• Good communication skills in order to understand design requirements 
• Proficiency with the Adobe suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) 
• Basic understanding or proficiency in Adobe AfterEffects is a plus
