As a graphic designer, your role is to create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print mediums. You will work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that meet client objectives and enhance brand identity.

Responsibilities:
Design Development: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives. Create conceptual designs, sketches, or wireframes to present ideas. Develop final designs using graphic design software and tools.

Branding and Identity: Create and maintain consistent visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other design elements. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across different design projects.

Print and Digital Design: Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, website layouts, user interfaces, and other digital assets. Optimize designs for different mediums, considering factors like resolution, color accuracy, and file formats.

Illustration and Iconography: Create custom illustrations, icons, infographics, or other visual elements to enhance design projects and communicate information effectively.

Layout and Typography: Develop visually pleasing layouts for print and digital materials. Select appropriate fonts, sizes, and formatting styles to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal.

Image Editing and Retouching: Enhance and manipulate images using photo editing software to improve quality, adjust colors, remove imperfections, or resize images as needed.

Collaborative Workflow: Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure timely project delivery.

Industry and Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Apply innovative ideas to create fresh and engaging designs.

File Management: Organize and maintain design files, including source files, project assets, and relevant documentation. Ensure proper file naming conventions and version control.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools.

A portfolio demonstrating creative and diverse design skills across different mediums.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both print and digital media.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
