We are an early stage startup in the video-conferencing space, headquatered in Delaware, USA with office in Delhi, India. We are looking for an amazing graphic designer to join our team.

Your responsibility

• Complete ownership to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and visuals
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to front-end engineering team
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Excel at rapid prototyping and building dynamic wireframes using Figma or similar tools
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards 

Hiring Criteria 

• Proven UI experience (1+ years)
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Demonstrable UI design skills with products built and shipped
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Up-to-date with latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency (bonus)

Salary: Rs 15,000 - Rs 25,000/month (depending on skill-sets)
