The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Understand the brief from the team and transform them to tangible designs
• Participate and brainstorm in event-related meetings to understand requirements and advise with Creative Ideas
• Develop game-changing and innovative designs for internal documents, emailers and illustrations as well as support any internal communication /branding initiatives
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles to produce logical wireframes of the design
• Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from inquiry to delivery
• Well versed with social media designs and latest design trends
• Following the design Style guide & road map & thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.

Requirements & Qualifications -

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Designing .
• Understanding of basic and advanced design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Ability to be creative within established guidelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Artistic sensibility – Knowledge about design elements, such as colour and composition – is vital.
• Collaborative – Willingness to make design revisions based upon feedback from team and internal clients.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint/Word.
• Mandatory: Knowledge and experience of working in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Premiere , FcpX is preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Design portfolio required.
• InDesign and PowerPoint/Word skill test will be administered.

Salary Range - Till its work from Home - Rs.3 lacs per annuam (2.4 Lacs fixed & 60k Variable). Working from office - Rs.3.6 lacs (3 Lacs fixed & 60k Variable)
