The main purpose of this position is to design e-learning modules, infographics, email templates, PowerPoint, Videos, business templates, and more.  

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design material
• Create learning modules material for various brands/clients;
• Attend briefings to better understand the output of work;
• Conceptualize and deliver strong design work across business units supported;
• Support line manager and fellow team members;
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
•  Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop designs pertaining to micro learnings, infographics, short videos & simulations using software
•  Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
•  Test graphics across various media
•  Amend designs after feedback (if needed)
•  Working Knowledge of Articulate

Brand identity
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing material created;
Align to client and prospects branding;
Drive constant innovation to enhance the brand identity, brand awareness, and campaign effectiveness;

Qualifications-

Graduate or equivalent essential A relevant 3 year Degree or Diploma Graphic Design or Multimedia certification 2- 3 years of experience in a Graphic Design. Proven track record of excellent design skills across various platforms and mediums Working Experience utilizing the following tools: Articulate, Adobe Photoshop, premier pro, Vyond, Acrobat, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge and proficient use of PowerPoint & Word are crucial.
