Job Description:- 

FMG is looking for a full-time, Mumbai based graphic designer with 2-5 years of hands on experience in Adobe Animate, Illustrator and Photoshop.- Please be mindful that we are accepting applications from the Digital Ad space only. Experience in 2D or 3D animation is a must.

Responsibilities :-

Demonstrate the ability to clearly understand business requirements and gather all data necessary for designing.-

Documentation and planning of the assigned tasks and getting good understanding of expectations in terms of timelines and features.-

Delivering timely output of design with best practices, standards and documentation (where applicable) for digital display, interactions and takeovers, etc.-

Support sales teams in pitches through creation of mocks based on briefs, if required.-

Ensure high levels of responsiveness and clear communication to ensure all teams are in the loop, kept aware of any bottlenecks/delays, any requirements are requested clearly, any client communication is clear and articulate and ensure delivery as per timelines set.-

Self-learning and being aware of all new features in the core frameworks that are used in the company.-

Providing knowledge sharing internally to other team members.-

Public contributions through open source projects, blogs or community contributions.-

Creating templates for often repeated design tasks and ensuring higher automation to reduce manual effort, error and improve turnaround time.-

Discuss with sales and create new templates from time to time to enable fresh sales pitches.-

Create measurable metrics and implement measurement checklists to track adherence to process.-

Flexibility to work on International regions

Softwares used : Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate cc, etc)

Requirements :- 2-5 years of experience-

Willingness and flexibility to work on International regions and support whenever required.-

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.-

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.-
