Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer - Packaging Design Specialist

Welcome to Sorted Branding, a premier branding agency based in Mumbai. We're in search of passionate Graphic Designer with a flair for packaging design. Our expertise spans from crafting distinctive logos to pioneering innovative packaging concepts for our diverse clientele.

Position Overview:
1. At Sorted Branding, we're looking for creative and passionate Graphic Designer like you to join our team, focusing specifically on packaging design.
2. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and unique packaging solutions, leaving a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:   
- Dive into the world of packaging design, conceptualizing and crafting eye-catching solutions for diverse products.   
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, marketing teams, and fellow designers to grasp brand identity and project nuances.   
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, materials, and printing techniques, enriching your packaging designs.   
- Ensure packaging designs harmonize with brand guidelines, industry regulations, and exceed client expectations.   
- Work closely with production teams to oversee the seamless implementation of your thoughtfully designed packaging.

Requirements:   
- Showcase your journey as a Graphic Designer with a specialization in awe-inspiring packaging designs in your portfolio.   
- Demonstrate your proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.   
- Boast a deep understanding of printing processes, materials, and the intricacies of packaging production.   
- Bring your exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking to the forefront.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from INR 300,000 to 450,000 based on your experience and skills.
- 6 months Probation Period In which the salary will be 50% of CTC for first 3 months, 75% of CTC for next 3 months and then full time 100% of CTC. 
- Performance bonus, commissions, and additional benefits, joining bonus etc.
