Executes and delivers graphic assets that both fit the business requirement as well as amplify the brand's message through creative design - Proficient in the use of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and will have knowledge of creative best practices around typography, colour, web layout, image selection, etc. to best adapt banners, GIFs, videos for online consumption (2D and 3D) - Responsible for tracking all service deliverables (volumes completed and in-progress, quality of output, on-time delivery, etc.) and highlighting any challenges/issues (e.g., delayed or incomplete briefs, missing pack shots, etc.) with engagement layer and support with mitigations - Ensure user experience across channels including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance, etc. is in sync with aligned goals a. Responsible for the Visual Execution of their Brand Online, and for Optimizing Contents to drive Clicks and Conversion. b. Localize content."
