We are looking for someone to work closely with the Sales & Tech teams on producing beautiful, unique and engaging design executions for a product-based ad-tech company specializing in digital engagement platforms.
The right candidate would be someone who applies intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums. The person needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains leading edge and that the quality of our delivery is upheld.
Job Responsibilities:- Produce the design and production for product graphics, social media graphics, and banners, Digital Banner ads, Interactive HTML5 CSS animations.
- Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products
- Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in the execution of marketing materials.
- Work with the sales team to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints.
Candidate Requisite:- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
- Experience of at least 3-5 years, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business.
- Expertise in software packages like Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and Google Web Designer.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, JavaScript Library Animations and Adobe After effects would be an added advantage.
- Excellent digital design, graphic and typographic skills.
- Good knowledge of the HTML process, structural site limitations and technical development needed to inform digital design.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to respond and act in a fluctuating business.
