M-Tech Innovations Ltd jobs - Graphic/UI Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented UI/Graphics Designer to create amazing user experiences and graphics. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI & Graphics skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology. You will be designing graphics + user interface + elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets, etc.

UI/Graphics Designer Job Responsibilities Are

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Create prototypes for new product ideas wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, and should be able to create graphics + banners + icons for the layouts and for brand communication
• Plan and implement new designs
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  

6 Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct ongoing user research
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  

Required Candidate Profile

UI/Graphics Designer requirements and qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a UI Designer & Graphics Designer
• Demonstrable UI & Graphics design skills with a strong portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and graphics (banners, social posts, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, Critical thinker : Ability to solve problems with creatively and effectively mindset and Should be open to receive objective criticism and improving upon it
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat (any other software knowledge is a Plus)
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/graphics trends, techniques, and technologies
