SNOW Corporation jobs - Graphic Visual Designer Content Creator

SNOW is looking for an exceptional Visual Designer, and Content Creator to join our SNOW India Content Design team. In this role, you will be creating a variety of digital assets used to engage and attract consumers to SNOW Corp.’s different apps. These graphics can include social media posts, promotional campaigns, performance campaigns, featured content pages, or special events features in both English and Hindi. Sensitivity to typography and composition is key, along with a keen understanding of brand identities and conceptual development.

You will be working alongside a global team of SNOW Corp. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can expertly conceive and deliver original design concepts that resonate with local consumers while staying true to our global brand. You both relish in the idea of creating engaging wide-scale content experiences, as well as focusing on micro details to uphold design standards throughout our platforms. 

The successful candidate will be part of the country teams and work with the subject Lead in HQ to support their analyses. This position is a full-time, remote working position and based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

: Design aesthetically-pleasing products that capture our brand and engage our audiences

• Exceptional graphic design skills and demonstrated mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in conceptualizing and creating innovative content experiences.
• Experience establishing and maintaining visual identity guidelines across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of branding and user experience.
• Are a fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently, or collaboratively.
• A passion for entertainment media, pop culture, and storytelling.
• A deep understanding of local design trends, digital media, and cultural nuances for the Indian market.
• Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns – both offline & online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time
• Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially as it pertains to design systems and production processes. 
• Excels in a time-sensitive environment, under minimal supervision in an international context.
• Alignment and Communication with the HQ team and marketing team in India

To do the above, the candidate must be able to perform the following skills exceptionally well or have the following characteristics:

• Deep understanding of Indian mindset, user needs, marketplace competition, and online marketing platforms.
• Understanding consumer journey will be a plus
• Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions
• Passion for exploring, idealizing, and bringing creativity to the table
• Strong sense of creativity coupled with interests in mobile ads and influencers

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in the domain
• Technical know-how
• Advanced Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX
• Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts
• Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in the design
• Fluent Communication Skills (verbal/written) in English, and Hindi
• Must be receptive to constructive feedback
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations.
• Time management skills & Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Take ownership of all the assigned work
• Must organize all design deliverables within timelines agreed upon

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Interested in the IT industry, start-ups, especially digital/SNS marketing and business development
• Self-confident with a sense of dignity and humor 

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (IST)
