Job Description
Responsibilities
- Completing tasks to a specific schedule
- Being accountable for your own workload
- Support with additional work when required, based on project/client demands
- Using your skills to push the agency, creatively and strategically
- Fluent in English, written and verbally.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Motion Designer Role including 3D animation.
- Proficiency and excellent knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Ability to be proactive, with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and understand business needs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
- Keen sense of visual storytelling and composition
- Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout, composition, colour theory and information design
- Collaborative team player who is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback from others
