Graphics/Web Designer Responsibilities:

Brainstorming and developing creative concepts to visualize data effectively.
Testing and refining website designs to enhance user experience.
Establishing design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Ensuring websites maintain a visually appealing appearance by adhering to content standards.
Crafting visual elements for websites that align with client branding.
Collaborating with various content management systems.
Communicating design concepts using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Integrating functionalities and features into websites.
Designing prototype pages, selecting colors, and typography.
Creating design proposals and presenting website structures.

Graphics/Web Designer Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Graphics/Web Design, supported by a robust portfolio.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design software.
Expertise in contemporary Front-end development technologies and standards.
Sound knowledge of content management systems.
Familiarity with search engine optimization principles.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Strong visual design capabilities.
Current knowledge of international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
Demonstrated creativity and openness to new concepts.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills.
Exceptional communication abilities.
