Responsibilities and Duties-

• Interact with customers and resolve their queries
• Perform the assigned task and duties with given KPI’s
• Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling
• Carrying out reservations of those travelling
• Ensure smooth security checks and enable a smooth process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications-

• 12th pass and graduates can apply
• Freshers are most welcome
• Age: Female: 18-25 Years; Male: 18-25 Years
