Job Description

GROUND STAFF TRAINING

Course duration: 3 Months & 6 months

Timings: 2 hours in a day, 5 days a week

Course Content:
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS ENHANCEMENT (Verbal & Written)
  • PROFESSIONAL GROOMING , DRESS GUIDANCE & MAKE-UP
  • PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
  • BODY LANGUAGE & CONFIDENCE BUILDING
  • ATTITUDE & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS 
  • BASICS KNOWLEDGE OF AVIATION & HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
  • GROUP DISCUSSIONS 
  • RESUME WRITING & PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIOS ASSISTANCE
  • INTERVIEW SKILLS & MOCK INTERVIEWS
  • GUEST LECTURES
  • HANDLING OF DIFFICULT SITUATIONS DURING INTERVIEW & ON JOB
  • JOINING DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE 
  • & many more activities to develop overall skills of the candidate..

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:-
  • Min. 10+2 in any stream, Age- 17+ & upto 30 years
