Looking for a high energy finance & accounts professional; preferably in the age range of 30-to-35; best if a qualified CA; second best, CA Inter; Role with our HYD-based client would be like a Group Financial Controller; Group has 5 companies & together operates about 12 lines of businesses.
Combined turnover Rs 100 Crores Right professional would be STRONG in accounting;
Should have closed books of accounts for 3-to-5 year
Should have led audits; should have managed direct & indirect taxation (statutes; records; returns; audits; responses to queries etc);
Proficient in GST; should have built relations & negotiated with a consortium of banks & financial institutes regarding working capital limits.
Compensation would be Rs 12-to-15 Lks.

Our Client is a known name in HR Consulting & HR Services; they have multiple lines of businesses each having different - velocity- (in terms of ticket size; volume of transactions; repeatability of process steps; level of out-sourcing employed; use of IT and other automation tools; profitability; etc)

- Over years they have built strong deep and wide relations with about 400 largely India-based customers across Corporate, Government, Education, Not-for-profit, SMEs etc;

- Owned and managed by Professionals with multiple years of corporate, consulting experience;

- Known for ethical practices; highly customer-centric; process-driven;

- Has 350 on-rolls employees; has an alumni population of >5000; client provides a learning environment for employees to flourish and grow

- Client has worked out ambitious plans for growth; is also looking at propositioning investments to fund their growth

- Client has mandated us to find a professional to manage the Accounts & Finance function; s/he would oversee work of, guide / drive a team of semi-qualified and UG/PG young professionals; Timely and accurate MIS; dealing with banks; timely and comprehensive compliances to statutory requirements (returns, audits, replies etc); support business managers in their decisions;

- AP, cash flow management is very critical

- Knowledge of and experience in raising funds may be an advantage; but is not compulsory

- Client uses FOCUS as their accounting software

Qualified CA; articulate; committed; 35-to-40 years of age with work experience preferably in service organizations with diverse lines of businesses
