Key Responsibilities:

Scope of work:

·         The incumbent will be required to support replenishment and manage item requests received from customers via texts. Replenishment will be based on existing products from customer’s order history or everyday essentials.

Product Tagging and Confirmation:

·         Agent should be identifying and tagging requests from customers as “Received” for replenishment in internal systems

·         Provide order received confirmation to customer

Order Review:

·         Review customer purchase history

·         Clarify queries example: if customer has previously purchased two or more different brands/quantities for the item.

·         Confirm and select right items

Order Processing:

·         Compare prices and offer competitive pricing to customer

·         Process order, confirm delivery dates and send confirmation/status updates to customers

Shift :

·         Flexible to work in US Shifts OR India shifts depending on project requirements

·         4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM

·         5 Days working

Mandatory:

·         EXTENSIVE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

·         Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

·         Attention to Detail

·         Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.

·         Good analytical skills
