Should be able to create performance reviews and then provide solution to fix the problems 30% 2 Accountability:- Communicates and reinforces company goals, policies, practices, values and initiatives in a way that helps his team to understand their contribution and makes them accountable to deliver to success of the organization. 5% 3 Leading Change:- GM should have the ability to align himself and his team members to the changing business needs and mission and vision of the organization. Should have the ability to spearhead the change management process. Should be able to deal with day to day ambiguity of operation workshop. 10% 4 Management of direct reports :- Solving for the needs and concerns for his team members, developing the team members skills and capabilities through effective coaching, mentoring, supporting and building connect with the team members 15% 5 Vendor Management:- Interacting and resolving of day to day vendor related issues for direct reportees 5% 6 Employee Engagement and Grievances:- Addressing of complaints and grievances promptly to improve employee satisfaction level and conducting floor engagement activities in the absence of HRBP. 5% 7 Report Management:- Consolidating and publishing of process related reports to stakeholders 15% 8 Payroll Processing:- Validation of mothly attendance for payroll input and ensure accurate details are being shared to the Vendor for salary processing. 5% Experience Required- a. Graduate b. Minimum 12 months as GM c. Strong knowledge of Excel and Reports d. Strong Analytical Skills, Proven Leadership and Negotiation Skills
