Synopsis:

Looking for a curious, self-motivated candidate with an analytical bent of mind and a strong bias for action to join a young consulting firm with big ideas.

The ideal candidate would be a Business graduate with up to 1 year of experience (preferably in marketing/sales) with an instinct for determining latent needs, has an outgoing personality and who is comfortable engaging prospects either in different digital mediums, one-on-one situations, or in networking conferences.

You will be required to:

• Work with the Senior Partner on internalizing the firm’s service offerings from an application, industry, and use case perspective on a continuous basis.
• Build a prospect list and manage the entire customer outreach campaign and communication.
• Take ownership for maintaining firms' social presence – from creation to engagement across platforms.
• Lead Social media promotions and other marketing efforts to drive inquiries & create awareness about our services/offerings to the target audience
• Actively publish, engage, connect and collaborate on all startup digital forums/communities
• Set up weekly campaigns via emails for sharing Insights, Newsletters, Articles, etc
• Identify and pursue closure partnerships with complementary firms/influencers to burnish the firm’s credentials.
• Be the point person for managing and executing digital events.
• Lead and manage landing page promotions to generate inquiries on a consistent basis 

Note:

• Having prior knowledge/exposure to the startup industry and various growth hacking tools will be an added advantage
• The overall experience of the candidate should not be more than 24 months or less than 6 months.
• Work location: Bangalore, Candidate might be required to work from our main office located in Indira Nagar, Bangalore.
• The candidate will be required to work on and meet the quarterly business targets or expectations assigned to him by the senior partners
