Job Description- Your responsibility will be all about getting more out of existing customers- You will be responsible to ideate, build & execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement, etc. with a focus on Revenue and Retention- You will engage with high LTV customers to build a customer advisory board- Upselling and cross-selling products along with the promotion of referral programs will also be an important KPI that you will own- You will enable trader feedback loops on/off the product to enable better decision-making on the product and its roadmap- You will work with the Customer Success team to ensure rich customer experience and reduce churn- You will closely work with the business intelligence team to build growth intelligence around user personas, user behavior, user lifecycle, etc.- You will also work closely with the marketing team to generate content and run various campaigns to enable revenue generationQualifications- At least 2-3 years of experience in retention and engagement Marketing- An extremely outcome-driven individual and a good team player - Expertise in A/B testing and optimizations with a product-led growth mindset- Must be well versed with product and marketing analytics including GA, Amplitude, etc. and marketing automation tools including MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.- Must be familiar with the investment and the trading space in general - Expertise in data gathering and fundamental quantitative analysis- Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities- Intimate knowledge of the cryptocurrency exchange space shall be a plusAbout CoinDCXCoinDCX is India's largest and safest cryptocurrency exchange.
