Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies for supporting user acquisition targets on the app.
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
• Driving traffic to play store app listing
• Manage social media platforms towards the end target of increasing users on the app
• Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from data
• Scaling and automating the growth process
• Copywriting for ads as required
• Ensuring the most effective use of limited resources towards achieving user acquisition targets

Requirements

• Ability to independently take up growth projects towards achieving user acquisition targets
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
• Data-driven, results-driven, growth-driven
• Proficient with Analytics.
• 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing.
