Qualification : 

Faculty of Engg. & Technology: -  B. E. / B. Tech. / B. S. and M. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.

i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

i) B. E. / B. Tech. / B. S. and M. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.

ii) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Faculty of Education : - 1. A Master's Degree in concerned subject with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); 2. M. Ed. With at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); and 3. Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC I any such affiliating body I State Government, from time to time for the positions of principal and lecturers, shall be mandatory; OR 1. M.A. in Education with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); 2. B. Ed. with at least 55% (marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); and 3. Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC any such affiliating body I State Government, from time to time for the positions of principal and lecturers, shall be mandatory.

Faculty of Natural Sciences : i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree).

Faculty Of Social Sciences :- i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree).

Faculty Of Law :-  i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a PhD Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree).

Faculty of Humanities & Languages :-  i) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.  ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree).

Faculty Of Architecture & Ekistics (Department of Architecture) :- B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent Master's degree in an allied field with First Class in any one of the two degrees, and a minimum 2 years' experience in the Architecture profession. OR B. Arch. with First class or equivalent and minimum of 5 years' experience in the Architecture profession. i) B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent Master's degree in an allied field with First Class in any one of the two degrees, and a minimum 2 years' experience in the Architecture profession.OR B. Arch. with First class or equivalent and minimum of 5 years' experience in the Architecture profession. ii) B. E./ B. Tech./ B. S. and M. E./ M. Tech./ M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. in Structural Engg. with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees. B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent Master's degree in an allied field with First Class in any one of the two degrees, and a minimum 2 years' experience in the Architecture profession. OR B. Arch. with First class or equivalent and minimum of 5 years' experience in the Architecture profession.

Remuneration :

Asstt. Professors :  Rs.64,500 per month

Guest Teacher : Rs.50,000 per month
