TEAM BACKGROUND
You will be joining the Operations team at goStops with a specific focus on day-to-day operations. You will improve the hostel’s quality by delivering exceptional guest service.
JOB ROLE
As a Guest Relation Executive, you will help the organization to achieve its goals by smoothening day-to-day operations through great communication & team coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.
- Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails & inquiries.
- Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages.
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
- Converting visitors into repeaters by providing excellent service.
- Ensure strict compliance with the brands & regulations.
- Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Owner mindset, willingness to take initiatives and accountability to drive closures.
- Hospitality management degree(preferably).
- Powerhouse of energy to motivate others.
- Excellent managerial and communication skills.
- Great skill in handling crisis.
- No issues while traveling across India.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year of experience in front office operations.
Experience in handling cash & preparing vouchers.
