•Actively approach the
guests during check-in and brief the guests on the engagement activities
available in the resort
•Respond to any
questions, needs and desires of guests related to gaming activities
•Accompany guests for
the gaming site visit and introduce them with site operations team
•Promote all gaming
activities and programs offered
•Make suitable paid
gaming packages for the guests and generate revenue for site
•Coordinate and manage
communication between guests and operational staff
•Expect and react
promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
•Oversee and
coordinate with the guest engaged in the gaming activities and follow up with
guests to ensure their participation have been met to their satisfaction
•Respond to guests
needs and anticipate their unstated ones
•Ensure positive
feedback from guest on engagement and maintain every guest feedback in
records
•Tracking sales goals
and ensuring management reporting as instructed
•Your working hours
will include evenings and weekends
