Job Description

Job Description: Guest Relations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Helps & Assist the Hotel Manager with daily tasks.
Present at the Lobby for any sort of Guest query and assistance (including Check-In & Check-Out, when the Hotel Manager is unavailable).
Handles all guest complaints including managing guest’s queries.
Escorts Guests to their respective assigned rooms + luggage
Responsible for In-room dining orders and buffet breakfast.
In the Night shift - takes round of the Hotel periphery; also, takes round of the guest floors for preventive security measures
Check all the ready rooms before guest arrival.
Orders the stocks for future requirement considering occupancy

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification – 10+2
Minimum age: 18 years.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good personality and grooming.
