Job Summary
We are looking for 12th pass/Fresher candidates as Guest Services Executive in Kolkata.
The candidate needs to take care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the passengers. This is not a field job. The candidate should not leave any ground for any complaints.

Taking care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the guests.Taking reservations and Issuing tickets.Ensuring the delivery of luggage or bags.Conducting security checking of passengersNeed to do the documentation work
