Job Description
1. Professionalism and Conduct
- Punctuality: Teachers are expected to be on time for classes and other school activities.
- Dress Code: Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with the school’s dress code policies.
- Respect and Ethical Behavior: Show respect to students, colleagues, and school authorities, and follow ethical guidelines in teaching.
- Maintain Discipline: Teachers must manage their classrooms effectively, ensuring that students adhere to rules and maintain discipline.
- Encouraging Participation: Engage students in learning, fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate.
- Curriculum Adherence: Teach the Arabic language as per the prescribed curriculum or syllabus set by the school or educational authority.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that all topics are covered efficiently.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students through assignments, tests, and exams, and provide constructive feedback.
- Use of Appropriate Resources: Utilize textbooks, multimedia, and other educational tools to enhance learning.
- Individual Attention: Identify students who may need extra help or who are excelling and tailor teaching to meet their needs.
- Promote Language Skills: Encourage the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Arabic.
