We need Fresher or Experience Male and Female Gym Trainer 

Break Shift

Timing - 6 to 10am and 5 to 9pm

Fresher Trainer Salary – 15000 + Extra Incentives

Experience Trainer Salary - 15000 to 20000 + Extra Incentives

Part Time

Timing - 5 to 9am and 5.30 to 9.30pm

Fresher Trainer – 7500 + Extra Incentives

Experience Trainer Salary - 7500 to 10000 + Extra Incentives

Gym trainer monitor the progress of clients and adapt programmes as required. Gym trainer demonstrate and impose safety rules and regulations on sporting events, fitness, and the use of fitness equipment and provide clients with information or facilities on nutrients, weight control, and lifestyle issues. 

Responsibilities:

Planning activities

Gym trainer must plan activities that involve maximum participation in the practice. He or she needs to separate clients according to their physical needs. The role of a gym trainer is to help clients with activities such as weightlifting, and day-to-day activities such as walking and running.

Time management

Gym trainer must manage their time while instructing clients and engaging in conversation to make them aware of the importance of physical health. Inadequate time management can lead to a decrease in the number of clients.

Demonstrable Passion

The role of a gym trainer is to encourage people to have a healthy lifestyle, healthcare, and fitness. Helps to maintain proper nutrition and provides support in training and educating clients through a training plan, inspires motivation and confidence. Gym trainer need to help clients achieve their health and wellness objectives.

Leadership Skills

Gym trainer must be able to encourage their clients with suggestions, guidance, and a personal example, to get them back on the right track when individuals fall off the wagon, and to deal empathically with any psychological problems standing in their way. Leadership is required to be able to acknowledge and cater to the needs of individuals.
