Job Description

General Description:The Hair Expert  is responsible for delivering Hair treatments to guests, clients and members; promoting sales of goods and attracting repeat business.
Duties:
  • perform all aspects of Hair treatments
  • meet and greet all clients, visitors and members
  • perform reception duties - answering phone, booking appointments, assisting leisure staff behind the reception in available times
  • taking payments when available
  • re-booking clients when available
  • keeping Hair Section to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
  • promote Hair and make sales of products
  • deal with complaints and hand over  Manager if necessary
  • submit weekly time sheets to Salon Manager
  • ensure the safety and well being of all beauty clients at all times
  • provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
  • You may be required to train as a company first aider and administer first aid to employees and clients if necessary
