Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly
Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions
Reporting & Call report
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of repeated calls
Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors/OEM for suppor
