Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates include:
• Setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks within an organisation or between organisations
• You'll offer support to users, who can be staff, clients, customers and suppliers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to hardware systems.
• Implement security measures to protect network hardware.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Collaborate with other engineers to optimize network architecture.
• Document hardware configurations and maintenance procedures.
• Design, install, and maintain computer hardware systems.
• Configure and optimize network systems for performance and security.
• Perform regular hardware and network audits and upgrades.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks.
