As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Hardware Functionality Testing Engineer. 

Position Overview:

As a Hardware Functionality Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our embedded hardware products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough functionality tests to validate the performance of our hardware components in a production environment. This role requires a strong understanding of electronics components, proficiency in using test equipment, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functionality tests on embedded hardware products to verify proper operation and performance.

• Utilise your knowledge of electronics components to identify any defects or anomalies in the hardware under test.

• Operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment effectively to measure and analyse electrical parameters.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance specialists to address any issues discovered during testing.

• Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of ITI, Diploma, or BE in Electronics 

• Graduated in 2022 or 2023.

• Career percentage of 50% and above.

• 0 to 1 year of experience in hardware testing or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of electronics components and circuitry.

• Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Bangalore with immediate joining.

• There is no bond period required for this role, but a 1-year commitment is expected.

• The selection process will include an interview and a technical test to assess the candidate's suitability for the role.
