·         Troubleshooting of desktop network and Printer related problems

·         Should know backup, formatting, installing of Operating System Win7,10, 16, 19 Outlook Mail Configuration

·         Should know network connector crimping

·         Create records of repairs and fixes

·         Set up hardware and Install software

·         Provide technical support

·         Perform troubleshoot activities and regular upgrades

·         Hands on experience with LAN/WAN networks

·         Configuration of active directory file system

·         Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks

·         Outstanding troubleshooting skills

·         Maintain and repair technological equipment

·         Manage software in computers and networks

·         Ensure privacy and data protection

·         Manage network components (servers, IPs etc.)

·         Manage and implement security solutions

·         In-depth knowledge of computer and IT systems, internet security and data privacy

·         Time-management skills and ability to multi-task

·         Should have sound knowledge on network devices and IP configuration

·         Any additional relevant diploma or certification will be considered as an advantage
