Plan and Implement Improvement projects and other initiatives as identified in business excellence framework in all business processes across AMC and supporting in achieving significant impact on the business performance.
Identify areas of improvement through small projects impacting customer satisfaction productivity improvement savings revenue through a structured deployment process using concepts including Lean Six Sigma etc
To identity strategic projects and business performance improvement projects across various functions including Sales Channel management and Post sales processes
To drive strategic and transformation projects initiatives leading to enhanced business performance aligned with the Business Strategy-Manage the Lean Six Sigma deployment for driving transformation projects within the Business verticals
Work with the Business teams to build robust processes leading to enhanced delivery to customers partners and employees
Implement Process standardization and process automation to improve throughput and efficiency
