Responsibilities

1 Driving Credit & Risk Strategy

Driving the credit risk function of Captive NBFC relating to all types of Financial products and other offerings
Provide senior management advice on credit risk issues in strategic decision making
Strategic Leadership skills with proven experience in credit risk assessment and internal controls by identifying significant business risks
Understanding of entire cycle of credit risk management process, delivering credit facilities on time aimed at achieving customer, dealer and Business Unit satisfaction, also understanding of customer, dealer and Business Unit requirements and providing customized solutions
Ensuring that credit facilities and loans are granted within the RBI regulations and internal policies

Credit Appraisal & Policy

Develop, review and implement credit appraisal process, policies and procedures for Customers ,dealers
Manage end to end credit approvals within given Turnaround time (TAT).
Regularly Monitor the credit appraisal process & policies in line with market and organizational requirement
Recommending classification for loans & advances according to RBI guidelines and coordinating required provisioning for all identified problematic accounts
Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs in coordination with other department
