Responsibilities: Be a trusted partner to the top management of all BUs (Sales and Marketing) to identify significant opportunities arising from new business models and Digital Transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience Lead all digitization initiatives on customer experience topics from identification till adoption while working with all stakeholders Spearhead change management activities in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders at all levels to ensure delivery of business outcomes with highest quality & impact Drive Differentiation and Standardization of processes and digital solutions as appropriate across different business vertical heads for enhancing customer experience Facilitate preparation of future digital road map, end state and digital strategy for customer experience aligned to the Enterprise Architecture Conduct continuous research of ground-level sales reality and pain points, current state understanding of systems and processes and competition benchmarking Identify and build partnerships with best in class enterprise technology partners, start-ups, and system integrators with the potential to enhance or disrupt our customer experience and integrate them in Company's digital ecosystem Position Company as a digital, innovation-focused industry pioneer through representation in industry associations and forums
