Job Description

BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus invites applications for the position of Head - Finance & Accounts.

Qualification and Personal Profile: CA / ICWA with strong knowledge in budgeting, financial planning andauditing. Minimum 10-15 years of experience (post-qualification) in a reputed institution or organization. Candidates with relevant experience in Higher Educational Institutions will be preferred. 

Other Skill and Ability Requirements: Has deep understanding of applicable standards, rules andstatutes.  Has hands-on experience on relevant ERP. (People Soft/SAP, etc.),Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.  Ability to lead and handle a team. Good communication skills, Good interpersonalskills. 

Remuneration : The suitable candidate will be placed in Level 13 OR 13A with a minimum pay of Rs. 1,23,100/- OR Rs 1,31,100/- per month respectively, plus DA & other benefits as per BITS Norms. Appropriate Level will be considered based on years of experience and expertise.
