Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in management consulting, organizational design, corporate strategy, or project management. Experience in vendor management processes, managing global vendors and executing outsourcing projects.
Experience in outsourcing/scale environments. Experience implementing strategic initiatives.
Experience with the output of contact field operations.
Experience in applying project management tools.
Track record of successfully achieving key goals and tracking metrics.
Ability to work well in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ability to fluently interpret large data, present it in a meaningful and simple manner, and drive data based decision making.
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical , and communication skills. Excellent executive present.
Define, launch, and drive a program to sustainably scale continuous improvement processes of our operations through our vendor partners.
Drive large transformational initiatives along with our business partners to ensure we provide optimal experiences for the users though a streamlined operational landscape and self-optimizing verdor services.
