• Proficiency of GDS - Amadeus , Galileo , Sabre . Preference will be for Galileo
• Preferably has done IATA course
• Preparing of flight itineraries including multiple leg flights
• Through knowledge of Fare construction
• Ability to perform various kinds of reservation transactions which include booking and ticketing
• Ensured correct formatting of ticket transaction data.
• Confirm domestic and international tickets by Speaking to Airline sales team.
• Through knowledge of Airline Refund process
• Knowledge of group ticketing
• Assisting passengers with

• Ticketing
• Rescheduling
• Seat assignment
• Check-in
• Queries about flight schedules and fares,
• Monitor all corporate bookings, receive.
• Pre & Post Flight checks (Queues) / Seat / Meal Request.
• Interact with Clients to troubleshoot on complaints & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service norms.
• Ensuring accurate fare quotes and reporting and clarifying any discrepancies with respective GDS / Airlines follow Fares and Taxes.
• Good Microsoft excel skills
