Job Summary:
Our Property Inspection Company is seeking a Head of
Operations for Large Projects to oversee the day-to-day operations of our
business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of
Home Inspectors and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of
service. Additionally,
the Head of Operations will be required to handle B2B clients and pitch for new
business opportunities.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Home Inspectors and ensure that all
inspections are completed efficiently and accurately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B
clients, and actively seek new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that
all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
