About the Position:
Across industries, Placement Officer are integral to productivity and effectiveness. These multi-talented professionals wear many hats, with multifarious responsibilities. They encapsulate the direction that drives teams forward, while also acting as the glue to ease communications and unite people.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Generate placement, summer internship opportunities for students by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
2.Approaching the corporate through email and personal visits to develop partnerships and placements.
3.Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
4.Assist students in all aspects of the job search by providing training in the areas of resume writing, interviewing techniques, Aptitude, Soft Skills...etc.
5.Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
6.Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as pool campuses, Guest Sessions, Workshops...etc.
7.Ensure that new jobs and internships opportunities or any other placement related information are communicated and posted in time on all valid platforms.
8.Handle all the operations related to the placement cell of the Institute.
9.Schedule and advertise campus recruitment for employers and build a strong network in the TPO community as well.
10.Creating and maintaining employer and student database(s). Strengthening Alumni relations.
11.Coordinate with concerned faculties or external parties for preparations of students for various placement opportunities.
12.Attend seminars and other training opportunities for professional development.
13.Signing up the MOUs with the Companies.
14.Maintaining the database of the students.
15.Other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skill Sets:
1. 3+ Years of EdTech Experience
2. Graduated from Tier I / II - is a plus
3. Experience in training and placement is a plus
