Head - Executive Education
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: An MBA with at least 15 years’ experience of which at least five years’ experience in a
senior position involving designing, developing, marketing, and selling executive
programs or professional services to corporate clients. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, proven business development and
relationship marketing skills, knowledge of adult learning practices, and consultative
selling and negotiating skills are critical to success in the role. Detailed knowledge of
executive education program content, including a good understanding of key
management topics and disciplines (e.g., strategy, leadership, finance, accounting,
marketing, OB/HRM, operations/logistics, ethics and corporate social responsibility) is
desirable.
Experience with integrated marketing techniques and tools and in applying innovative
promotional vehicles to engage media and untapped markets is desirable. Strong
candidates will possess outstanding abilities to work within a team environment,
interface with faculty; and to have high energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. Outstanding abilities to communicate with senior executives and decision-makers both
in person and in writing;

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially
for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may
be extended further as per the mutual convenience.
Senior Civil Engineer
Knowledge & skills: Planning, Quantity survey, Estimation, site supervision & billing Complete Project Management. Knowledge of CPM/PERT is must. Use of computer software like MS office, MS Projects/Project Management
Software

Requirements: The candidate should possess full time Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in Civil/Construction and related field. Supervisory experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the
campus/township civil works related development & maintenance is highly
desirable.

Library Professional Assistant
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: A Master degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) (60% or above) with minimum two
years’ relevant experience.
Age: Min. 25 years and Max. 35 years.
Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.
Salary & Allowances:
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of three years on a
consolidated monthly salary. After completion of the fixed term period, candidates may be considered
for permanent absorption in the Level 6 depending on the requirement of the institute, their performance
and competence.
HVAC Technician
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements
: The candidate should possess full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI
HVAC
. The candidate should have
o minimum 10 years of experience in similar field. supervisory experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the
campus requirement. knowledge of central air conditioning plant.
o knowledge of solar water heating systems.
o knowledge of central cooling of the buildings. The candidate should have good common sense, communication skill and positive
aptitude.
Desirable: The candidate having following added qualification may be preferred: Worked as Senior AC Mechanic. Good communication skills and multi-tasking abilities. Primary knowledge of Word, Excel and email.
