Job Description

Head - Test Centre
 Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive test processes and methodologies in SDU test deliveries
  • Build, enhance & maintain a high level of competency in BDGS  product/solution testing area
  • Collaborate with other DGS units( MAs, BAs) and define capability roadmap in line with BDGS strategy
  • Responsible for capacity/capability building and fulfillment based on the business forecast
  • Drive Industrialization and Automation in test deliveries
  • Responsible for overall testing scope delivery in programs across BDGS domains
  • Driver key strategic initiatives( automation, metrics, delivery efficiency, etc.  ) in line with BDGS/SDU/Test Center strategies
  • Participate/contribute to internal external  forums and demonstrate thought leadership
  • Responsible to manage  operational parameters ( such as utilization, billability, pyramid)of the Test Center
  • Drive high-performance culture and maintain strong people engagement.
