Job Description

Responsibilities:
Conducting client meetings to explore their insurance requirements
Providing advice on the best insurance policies for their needs
Assisting clients with the application process
Answering any questions clients may have about their insurance policies
Reviewing insurance policies regularly to make sure they are still appropriate for the client’s needs
Updating clients on changes to their insurance policies
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and any insurance policies sold

Skills:
Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Computer literate and proficient in relevant software tools
Skill in establishing rapport with clients and discerning their specific needs
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in handling pressure and adhering to deadlines effectively
