Roles & Responsibilities-
•Blended Process•Calling US insurance companies to follow-up on claims•Check & update the claim status•Capable of capturing denials Work on denied claims and take appropriate action •Will be in RCM Process involving Data Analysis and Voice process (AR Calling)•Should be able to work independently•Should be willing to work in night shifts •Desired Skills Good •Communication Skills •Must have minimum 6 months experience in AR Calling, Analysis and Denial Management •Should have worked on Appeals, Refiling and Denial Management Experience/knowledge in charge and payment posting will be an added advantage•Ability to multi-task
