·         To ensure proper lesson plan developed

·         To ensure proper theoretical and practical knowledge is imparted to candidates

·         Support candidates in achieving the sustainable livelihood skills

·         Organizing job training

·         Managing course curriculum

·         To ensure placement opportunities are searched and candidates are placed after the training

·         To look after overall documentation and reporting sections of the Organisation

·         To contribute towards mobilizing resources and projects for the organization

·         Active participation in candidate mobilization drives and ensuring the enrollment of legitimate candidates by following due procedure. 

·         Follow up with the placed candidates

·         Address the issues of the candidates during the training period and also post-training and placement duration.
