Job Details:

  • Meeting and Greeting the customers at the help desk

  • Answering their queries regarding the concierge service.

  • Handling customer queries over telephone/ in person.

  • Collecting the required documents and cash for the concierge service request

  • Should be ready to take care of queries received through inbound calls, walk-in customers also

  • Should be able to process requests.

  • Collecting the required documents and cash for the service request

  • Explaining about concierge service

  • Handling customer queries over telephone/ in person.

  • Age Group: Only 18-30 Yrs.
  • Note: Both Female/ Male candidates can apply.
  • Salary Offered: Up to INR 12000/- Take Home+ ESI+ PF
