We are currently seeking a HELPDESK ANALYST to join our team in Chennai Tamil N du INTN India IN Provide application production support for tools used by L1 team Provide first and second level support to website users and user administration and enduser training Experience in Incident Management and Change ManagementPerform incident and problem management related to support of the Web application Request data from ADS and or ESM teams to assist in problem resolution Establish and report the daily weekly monthly and any ad hoc relevant metrics as determined by Client Ability to create reports as per Client Standard Create and maintain internal training materials for team members and provide knowledge transfer to Client Materials should have semiannual review by Client Maintain Update fully documented procedure manuals Run books that provide stepbystep instructions for performing log review reconciliation of all log review services Flexible to work in 24 7 shifts
